Navigation
Click on Application Selector > Control Panel > Users
The Users screen will appear.
Steps
Edit User Profile
- Locate the user you want to edit in the list of users, and click on the name to edit the user profile.
Click on Audit Logs to monitor changes made to the user.
Fill-in the details to pull audit logs for a specific timeline.
Create a New User
To create a new User, click on the New User button on the right corner. There are 2 ways to create a new user:
- Invite User
- Create User
- Invite User: Click on the Invite User option. A pop-up will appear. Enter the new user's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Then select the SubOrganizations and Roles for the user.
An email will be sent to the new invite user.
The new user will need to click on the Create Password link and login.
- Create User: Click on the Create User option. A pop-up will appear. Enter the new user's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Then select the SubOrganizations and Roles for the user. Lastly, enter and confirm the password for the new user.
Assigning a User access to Logiware Products
- In the User profile, locate the Access to Products section
- Click on Products to enable user access.
- Clicking on a Product that is already enabled will disable access.
- A checkmark on the Product signifies that the User has access to the product.
Setup
Only Products that your Company is subscribed to will appear in the list of products. To add a Product to your subscription, Go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions.
Assigning a User to a Sub-Organization
- In the User Profile, locate the Sub-Organizations section.
- Click on Sub-Organizations in the list to enable user access
- Clicking on a Sub-Organization that is already enabled will disable access.
- A checkmark on the Sub-Organization signifies that the User has access to the product.
Assigning Roles to a User
- In the User Profile, locate the Roles section.
Click on the Assign Role button.
- Select the Role from the drop-down list that you want to assign to the User.
Revoking a Role from a User
- In the User Profile, locate the Roles section.
- Click on the Revoke Role button to revoke a Role from a User.
