Deleting a Role

This article will explain how to delete a role that is no longer needed.

Warning

The system will not allow you to delete a Role that is currently assigned to users. You must first Edit the Role, and Remove any Users from the Role (by Revoking the role).

Navigation

  • Click on the Application Selector > Control Panel > Roles

The Roles screen will appear.

Steps

  • Click on the Delete icon for the Role you want to remove.

  • The system will prompt with a confirmation panel.

  • Click the Yes button to Delete the Role or press elsewhere on the screen to ignore this action.
