Advanced Setup
This article describes the advanced steps to configure Logiware. These are the steps to customize the system to meet your process needs.
Update Statuses
Logiware comes configured with a basic set of statuses for quotes and booking. You can change these statuses to better reflect your business process. (See article: Creating and Managing Statuses).
Update Workflows
Logiware is launched with a preset workflow for FCL, LCL, and Air for both quotes and bookings. You can modify the workflow so that it mirrors your operational flow. (See article: Creating and Updating Workflows).

Standard charge codes are setup in Logiware, but you can add, update, and delete codes to fit your invoicing needs. See article:
Create New Roles
Roles define what features a user can access in the system. Logiware has a basic set of roles that come with your initial implementation. You can modify and add to these roles to better fit your organizational needs. (See article: Creating Roles).
Setup Email Templates
Setup email templates to format your messages to customers in a consistent and uniform manner with embedded fields from quotes and bookings. (See Article:
Upload Rates
To make your organization more effective, you can upload carrier rates into the system so that users can use the Get Rates function in quotes and bookings. (See article: Uploading FCL Rates into the System and Uploading LCL Rates into the system).
Setup CFS Locations
If you are an NVOCC consolidator receiving cargo at warehouse locations, then you will need to setup CFS locations in the system. See article: Creating, Updating, and Deleting CFS locations).
