Vendor Ratings

This article will explain how to use the Vendor Ratings function.
Note
The Vendor Ratings function allows you to rate vendors on a scale of 1 to 5 stars across 3 main categories when you close a Booking:
- Timeliness of their service
- Cost effectiveness of their service
- Quality of their service
The ratings for each booking are compiled into an average score for each vendor. Whenever you select a vendor in the system, you will see the vendor's star rating.
Comments can also be entered at the time of rating vendors and thes comments are visible in the Control Panel > Parties screen.
In the Control Panel > Parties Search Screen, you can also searh vendors by star ratings.
Note: Ratings apply only to Vendors and not to customers or other party types.

To enter Vendor Ratings, you must first Close a Booking, by clicking on the Close button in a Booking:
Steps
Entering Vendor Ratings
- Click on the Close button in an open Booking.
- The Vendor Rating panel will appear:
All of the Vendors from the Cost section will be included in the Rating panel.
You can select 1-5 stars for each category (with 1 beiung the lowest and 5 the highest):
- Timeliness
- Cost effectiveness
- Quality
You can enter Comments in the box to provide additional information about the vendor's performance.
As you complete the ratings for the first vendor, the next vendor will be enabled.
- Once you have rated all vendors, click Submit to save the ratings.
Viewing vendor ratings when selecting a vendor
As you select vendors throughout the system, the average star rating will appear with the vendor:

In the Control Panel > Parties screen, you will find a Ratings section
In this section, you can see the total number of reviews and the comments entered from all of the ratings for this vendor.
Searching for Vendors by Ratings
You can view the Ratings in the Control Panel > Parties search screen by adding the Ratings column to the display:
Filtering Vendors by Ratings
From the Control Panel > Parties search screen, you can filter vendors by ratings: click on the + More icon. The star ratings across all of the vendors will be displayed and you can select all vendors with a specific star rating (example: 4 starts).
