IPI Receiving

This article explains how to view and verify the IPI Receiving.
Note
IPI Receiving refers to any file being shared internally in the system. Once a consignment gets processed, loaded and departed for an intended destination, an EDI file gets created automatically. These files get populated in this section.
Functional Flow
Go to Warehouse > Import > IPI Receiving.
This section provides an overview of the total count of successful IPI Receiving, including the number of IPI Receiving not yet viewed.
Select any of the constituents in the list. Details of your selection will be displayed in the Manifest section as shown, which can be edited further.
Filters
Use the Filter available to narrow down your search criteria.
Fields | Description |
IPI Manifest | The field refers to the IPI Manifest number. |
Load Guide | The field refers to the Load Guide attached to the IPI. |
Container | The field refers to the container. |
Origin | The field refers to the Origin port of the IPI. |
IPI Warehouse | The field refers to the Warehouse. |
Dest | The field refers to the Destination the IPI. |
PCS | The field refers to the Pieces in the IPI. |
Weight | The field refers to the Weight. |
Volume | The field refers to the Volume. |
ETA | The field refers to the Expected Time of Arrival. |
ETD | The field refers to the Expected Time of Departure. |
Status of Load | The field refers to the Status of Load. |
Actions | The field refers to the Actions which can be performed on the IPI. |
Tracking of IPI
Using this section, one can also track the selected IPI.
Click on Track Now to proceed. The following page will help in visualization and consequent tracking of the consignment.
