Create Portal Users / Assign Customer

This article covers how to view and edit Portal Users.
Note
A Portal user is an individual who will be given a permission to access the portal and thereby, view contents of the party/parties associated to it.
Navigation
Click on Application Selector > Control Panel > Users
The Users screen will appear. This will also allow for inviting or creating New User.
Steps
View the Portal Users
Click on the dropdown button adjacent to Users and select Portal Users.
A list containing all the Portal users will come next.
Select a Portal User to find and edit its details.
Edit the Portal Users
The Portal User details will be divided into 3 sub-sections.
User Profile
Details about the portal user will be managed here.
Fields | Description |
First Name | Enter the First Name of the portal user. |
Last Name | Enter the Last Name of the portal user. |
Company Email | Enter the Company Email of the portal user. |
User Type | Select the User Type. |
Phone Number | Enter the Phone Number of the portal user. |
Organizational Details
Access of the portal user to various entities will be managed here.
Fields | Description |
Suborganizations | Select the Suborganizations which can be accessed by the portal user . |
Access to Products | Select the Products which can be accessed by the portal user: freight, cfs, settings. |
Associated Parties | Select the Parties to be associated with the portal user, as shown. |
Roles
Role (/s) of the portal user will be managed here.
