Creating a Voyage

This article will explain how to create a Voyage.
Navigation
Click on Application Selector > Freight > Voyage.
The Voyage Listing screen will be displayed:

Creating a Voyage
- Click on the New Voyage button:
- The Voyage screen will appear:
Use this screen to add Tags to your voyage select workflow or configure the Booking timeline.
Fill in the following details to create a new booking or quote.
- Shipment Type: Select the Shipment Type for a voyage using the dropdown icon on the far right of the section.
Select if the shipment undertaken is an export or import, claims to be hazardous or required refrigeration.
- Planning: Select the Planning for a voyage.
- Route: Enter the Route details for a voyage. Click on (:) to provide additional details for the Place of Receipt and Place of Delivery.
- Dates: Add the Dates for a voyage.
| Fields | Description |
| Warehouse Cutoff Date | Select the Warehouse Cutoff Date using this option. |
| ETD (POL) | Select the ETD (POL) using this option. |
| ETA (POD) | Select the ETA (POD) using this option. |
| ETA (PLOD) | Select the ETA (PLOD) using this option. |
- Master Bookings: Create new Master Booking for a voyage. Clicking on Create New will lead to a fresh booking page.
- Associated Users: Select the Associated users for a voyage.
- Operating Profit: Visualize the Operating Profit for a voyage.
- Voyage Actions: To finalize, select the actions for a voyage: Delete Voyage or Create Voyage.
