Adding, Updating and Deleting Addresses for a Party

This article will explain how to add, update and delete Addresses from a Party.

A Party can have multiple Addresses and there can be multiple contacts for each address.

Navigation

  • Click on Application Selector > Control Panel > Parties

  • Then click on the Create Party button or the Edit Icon.

Note

You need to be in a Party record before you can Add or Delete Addresses from a Party. You can either create a new party or edit an existing party. Both of these can be done from the Party Maintenance screen as circled in red above.

  • In the Create Party or Edit Party Page, locate the Addresses section

Steps

Note

When creating a Party, the first address (Address 1) will automatically appear.

To Add or update Address 1

  • Select the Address Type.
    • Options are: Main, Office, Billing, Warehouse.
  • Enter the Address fields:
    • Address Line 1
    • Address Line 2
    • City
    • State/Province
    • Zip Code (Postal Code)
    • Country
  • Press the Create Party or Edit Party button at the bottom of the page to save the address.

To Add Additional Addresses

  • Press the Add Address button

To Delete an Address

  • Press the Delete button on the Address you want to delete.
