Added option to print metric or imperial or both units of measures on document templates.
Added option to print booking ID or carrier booking number on HBL document.

Added ability to print Prepaid and collect charges as groups on document templates.

Feature 5 - Streamlined QuickBooks mapping

Streamlined QuickBooks mapping so that a single mapping can include multiple shipment types and directions. This allows for quicker setup of charge and cost code mapping to Quickbooks income and expense accounts.
