Feature 1 - Refinements of AES integration

Made several enhancements and bug fixes for AES integrations:

• Fixed Schedule B/HS commodity code lookup
• Added validation for unit of measure quantities
• Improved AES response visibility
• Refined sync of data between booking and AES screen

Feature 2 - User can now select the status of a consolidation voyage

• Draft - default starting status (No voyage number is allocated yet)
• Active/Open  - Happens when user clicks Create Voyage button at the bottom of the Voyage screen. Voyage ID is assigned. Available to Take new HBL
• On Hold - Button only available in Active State.  Temporary hold status , no new HBL can be assigned to the voyage or released to the voyage, warning for Internal user.  If removed from On Hold then voyage status returns to Active.  When hold is selected, a Comments field should be available.
• Closed- Only available in Active state and not On Hold.  Voyage closed, no new HBL’s can be assigned or released to the voyage.
• Cancelled

• Departed - Ship left port, no new HBL
• Arrived - Ship Arrived Port, no new HBL

Feature 3 - Finance Screens

Added a Finance section to the main menu that includes 2 finance screens:

• Charges and Costs - Allows users to filter and view all booking charges and costs in the system.
  • Users can filter by Client, container, voyage, booking, date range, etc..
  • Users can control the columns displayed
  • Users can crete invoices and bills from charges and costs
• Invoices and Bills - Allows users to filter and view all booking invoices and bills in the system
  • User can filter invoices and bills by any variable
  • Users can control the columns displayed
  • Users can send create invoice and bill documents and send to accounting integrations (Quickbooks, etc..)

Feature 4 - Added progress bar to Copy Booking function

Added a progress bar when copying a booking to indicates status.

Feature 5 - Allow manual entries for Tracking

Added the ability for users to manually enter a tracking event for a booking so that it will be visible to other users and portal users.

Feature 6 - Added ability to create master bookings directly from a consolidation voyage

User can now create a master booking directly from the consolidation voyage.

Feature 7 - Added AMS Query function to the main menu

Users can now query US Customs for AMS status and information using the house or master bill of lading number.

Feature 8 - Removed draft bookings from Portal

Draft bookings no longer show in the booking list on the Portal.

Feature 9 - Added uploads and documents to workflow validation.

Worflow transitions can now validate that specified uploads and documents have been added to the booking before the user is allowed to transition to a status.

Users can now print total pieces, weight, and volume on document templates.

Feature 11 - Repositioned Truck accessorials in the Route section.

Moved the truck accessorial selection into the main route screen for better usability when entering pickup and delivery.

Feature 12 - Added integration with DATEV

Users can now send invoices and bills to the DATEV accounting system. The user specifies the date range and the system creates an extract excel file of all invoices and bills in that range that can be uploaded into DATEV.

Feature 13 - Made refinements to INTTRA Shipping Instruciton EDI

Added several modifications to improve HS codes, hazardous info, address formatting, and line move.

Feature 14 - Improved pagination for Get Rates

Not all rate were appearing when user scrolled. This has been fixed.

Feature 15 - Added dropdown options to the New Quote, Booking, and Voyage buttons

Added drop down options to the New Quote, Booking, and Voyage buttons to allow users to select the Shipment Type and Direction before opening the page.

Feature 16 - Workflow enhancement

Added a message to the banner section at the top of the booking page that lists the required fields, document uploads, and documents for the workflow transition to the next status.

Feature 17 - Allow users to manually enter voyage number when Carrier or INTTRA API is used and no voyage is found.

The system was not allowing users to enter the carrier voyage number manually if no voyage was found using the API.

Feature 18 - Carrier Booking Number validation

Added validation to check if carrier booking number entered by the user exists in another booking, and if it does then provide a warning to the user.

Feature 19 - Improved Document generation time

Modified the document generation to run in the background so the user can continue working during the generation of the PDF document.

Feature 20 - Fixed bug in Goods for Temperature Settings

System was forcing VGM Weight to be entered when temperature settings were entered by the user.

Feature 21 - Added Copy icon to Shipment Reference field.

Added a copy icon to allow users to copy all of the references entered in the Shipment Reference field. This was necessary since the field allows for multiple entries and forced the user to copy each entry individually.

Feature 22 - Added ability to set default for expand/collapse all page option

User can now set the page to a default for expand all or collpse all. The setting will remain in effect until changed.
