Feature 1 - Air - Display rates by weight ranges in air rates

Added the ability to view the air rates by weight ranges in the Get Rates function.

Feature 2 - Added text features to comments in Tasks

Added the user thumb-size images and text font features (Bold, size, color, etc.) to Task comments.

Feature 3 - Track and Trace

Added the following tracking events to the Timeline icon display:

• AES, ISF, AMS filing transaction status
• Equipment dispatch
• Gate in movements
• Gate out movements
• ETD/ETA updates
• Actual departure
• Actual arrival

• INTTRA
• GTNexus/Infor
• CMA/CGM (Direct carrier integration)
• AES, ISF, AMS integrations with US Customs

Feature 4 - Added ability to file multiple house ISF and AMS transactions from a master booking.

User can file all house ISF and/or AMS transactions in one action from the master booking.

Also added the Last Foreign Port to the AMS filing screen.

Feature 5 - Changes to 2.0 Portal

• Added trucking accessorials so that LTL quotes could be deployed on the 2.0 portal:

1. Lift Gate
2. Appointment Required
3. Residential pickup
4. Limited Access
5. Container station

• Ability to configure shipment types available in portal
• Automatically set Requested Date in Quote
• Display account number and address in Party selection in Bookings
• Automatically activate contacts added in portal as active in bookings
• Automatically load first and last names of contacts added in portal into bookings
• Automatically load Client from portal into bookings
• Corrected nonstackable calculation error when volume is in Minimum status.

Feature 6 - Amendment feature

Once a booking is closed, it will be in view only mode. However, users can add Amended charges and costs.These costs will not be reflected in the booking totals. Bookings that have amendments will be visible and searchable from the booking screen.

Certain users will have the role of being able to invoice Amended charges and Bill Amended costs in a closed file. Once invoiced or billed, amended charges/costs will be reflected in the booking totals.

Amended charges and costs will remain identifiable in the booking for reporting/visibility purposes.

Feature 7 - Modified download feature in Booking Search screen

Modified the booking download feature in the search screen to download only the columns selected in the display. Previously all columns were being downloaded.
