Feature 2 - Added Tasks to Booking screen

User can now manually add tasks to a booking with the following data:

Feature 4 - New user enhancement

The Sub-organization and Role is now required to create a new user. This prevents a problem that was occurring when users were created without these and unable to see the menu options upon login.

Feature 7 - Added configuration to Parties to define accepted currencies for invoicing

Added configuration capability to Parties maintenance to list the accepted currencies allowed for invoicing a specific party.

Feature 8 - Handle multiple charge currencies when invoicing

Modified invoices with the ability for the user to select a single currency when charges have multiple currencies. Handled the conversion rate in this use case.

Feature 9 - Ability to order columns in the booking search screen table view

When setting the table view of columns on the booking search screen, the user can now specify the order the columns will display on the screen and also in the download. This allows you to create a table view and include the columns and order needed for customer reports.

Feature 11 - Ability to select multiple options in the booking search screen filters

Users can now select multiple options in the filter list.

Feature 12 - Added Amendment feature to Bookings.

After a file is closed, users are not allowed to change the charges and costs in a booking. The booking fields will be in view-only mode. Users will only be allowed to add Amended charges and costs to the booking. The Amended charges and costs will not be reflected in the profit of the booking until they are invoiced. Only certain users will have permissions to invoice amended charges and costs.

Amendments will be identified in the Charges and costs with an "A" icon.
