Feature 1 - Added Predefined Comments to Documents

Added the ability to select predefined comments in the comments section for documents.

Feature 2 - Display Category and Comments for Uploaded documents

Previously the uploaded documents were displaying only the uploaded name. We have added the upload category and comments in the document display tile.

Feature 5 - Added Validation logic to Workflow Transitions

Added the ability to add required fields, documents, and uploads to workflow transition steps.

Feature 6 - Lock Goods section based on financial status

Added validation logic to goods. If an invoice has been created, then any item in goods that would affect the invoice will be locked in read only mode. For example, if an invoice is created with charge type “per 20 ft container”, then the user cannot delete or add 20 ft containers to the goods section since it will affect the invoice.

Feature 7 - Value Added Tax

Charges can now be selected and configured to support VAT (Value Added Tax). Invoices will also reflect the VAT as well.

Feature 10 - Added validation for same container number in a booking

System should not allow the same container # to be entered into the same Booking
- “The container number XXXXXXX” already exists in this booking”.
System should provide a warning if the container number entered in a booking is also in another booking:
- “The container number XXXXXXX” already exists in another booking(s): XXXXXXXXX, YYYYYYYYY”.

Added the ability for parties to be looked up and selected using SCAC code or the Account ID in the parties section of a booking.

Feature 14 - Introduced Optimal Invoice Date feature

Optimal invoice date can be set up for parties and will display in bookings. The delta showing the difference between the optimal and actual invoice dates will also be shown at the top of the finance section.

Added the vendor field to quote costs so that it can transition into the booking.

MMM = Jan, Feb, etc..

DD = 01-31

ddd = Mon, Tue, etc..

WW = 01 (weeks)

YY = Year from 00 to 99

YYYY = Year as a four digit number

Feature 17 - Modified Documents to accommodate China restrictions

Added an additional option when generating a document. Previously the system only displayed the document preview in Google Docs, but China does not allow Google Docs, so the preview was not working for China users. To resolve this, we added another option “Add Document” alongside the preview button.. The Add document button allows you to add the document directly to the booking without previewing in Google Docs. You can then open the PDF from the document tile in the documents section to preview the document.
