Viewing and Tracking Shipment Status

This article will explain how to view the Shipment Status in a Quote or Booking.
Setup
The Shipment Status will display dates from the Dates section in the Quote or Booking. So, before you can view the timeline, you must first enter the dates.
Navigation
Before you can view the Shipment Status, you must first create a new quote or booking or edit an existing one. Once in a Quote or Booking, the Shipment Status Icon will be located in the heading section at the top of the page:
Steps
- Click on the Shipment Status Icon and the timeline panel will slide open:
The most recent Dates will appear at the top of the timeline.
